Tamales were good but you could definitely been better yeah they had Not been sitting in the pot of water waiting for someone to purchase them Way too long if ya can taste water. They would have been remarkable if not for that .Small star Sugar cookie with white icing we're really amazing. Pink Mexican cookie was not so good it did not have the correct flavor and I have been eating them for years from all over. Extremely overpriced $23 for a dozen tamales and 6 cookies

Texas Star is on our "definite go to" list everytime we're in Galveston. It's Mexican type pastries..flaky...fresh...wonderful!! Didnt care for the bread pudding, loved everything else!! Need something chocolate 🤔 The lady who helped us was so sweet!! See you next trip!!

A few days ago we decided to stop and check out this bakery. The lady was very unpleasant. And...found it, expansive. Thou, if the lady would have been nicer then price would have not been an issue much. My, first and my last.
